When will I receive my order?
Normally we deliver orders within 3-7 working days but if have pre-ordered/customization then it takes 10-12 working days to get it ready to ship. Once it’s ready you will receive your tracking details on your email/SMS.

How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email/SMS with which you can track the status of your order. Please check your SPAM folder.

How much is shipping cost?

We ship FREE for orders above 499/- while shipping in India.
For orders below 499/- nominal cost of 60/- is charged.
For orders below 199/- nominal cost of 30/- is charged.

Refunds & Returns

What's your return policy?
We stand behind our products so we are happy to provide you 7 days easy return.
Shipping cost for the orders made on our website by COD is not reimbursed.

Note:- Customized products are non-returnable unless the product received to you is damaged or defective.

When will i receive my refund?
Once your item is received back to us we immediately process your refund and it take 3-5 working days to get it settled to your bank.
You will receive an official mail once we refund it.
